FAQs for Always Discreet Pads
Question #1: Why is Always Discreet partnering with the NFL?
Always Discreet is partnering with the NFL because life is filled with can't-miss, cheer-worthy moments, but for the 60% of women who experience bladder leaks, fear of the 'what ifs' or the reality of an unexpected leak can make it difficult to stay fully present. Always Discreet wants to help these women Protect the Moment and reclaim the joy of every clap, cheer and hug without bladder leaks holding them back. Always Discreet provides trusted leak protection, empowering women to show up confidently, stay fully present and leave the fear of leaks on the sidelines.
Question #2: How are NFL Moms helping bring the Protect the Moment message to life?
NFL Moms know the importance of never missing the moment. They show up for every game through rain, shine, snow, and sleet because nothing keeps them from supporting their kids, even when they are all grown up. Always Discreet has partnered with NFL Moms Elisha Jarrett, Angela Burns, and Katie DeJean to share their personal stories and show how, with trusted leak protection, women can protect the moment and celebrate to the fullest.
Question #3: How does Always Discreet help women feel protected and confident?
Always Discreet is thoughtfully designed to deliver bladder leak protection women can rely on every day, from everyday routines to life's most meaningful experiences. Its RapidDry™ technology locks leaks in seconds, with a unique core that turns liquid to gel for up to zero leaks and zero odor. With flexible, incredibly thin designs and a discreet, barely-there feel that stays comfortably in place, Always Discreet offers a range of sizes and absorbencies to meet individual needs so women can feel confident, comfortable, and ready to stay in the moment.
Question #4: Are Always Discreet products scented?
Always Discreet products (except for our Postpartum and Sensitive lines) have a light, clean scent that works with our absorbent technology that not only gives lasting odor control but also keeps you feeling confident and fresh.
For pads without scent, try Always Discreet Sensitive and Postpartum pads.
Question #5: What is the difference between Always Discreet and Always menstrual liners and pads?
Always Discreet liners and pads are designed specifically for bladder leaks! They convert liquid to gel to absorb 5X more than a period liner or pad to keep you drier.
Question #6: Which product is right for me?
Because every woman is unique, Always Discreet liners and pads come in a variety of absorbencies and lengths.
If you’re unsure where to start, consider both your underwear size and absorbency needs. The following chart provides our recommendations for your best fit.
If you are in the recommended size and still experiencing leaks, try the next absorbency size up!
Question 7#: How do I tell the difference between the front and the back?
When opening your Always Discreet liner or pad, you will open the first flap of the wrapper which has the resealable tape. The end of the pad you first see (closest to the tape) is the front of the pad.
For regular Always Discreet liners and pads (purple package), there will be a point on the front of the pad’s printed design.
For all other Always Discreet liners and pads (Boutique, Sensitive, Postpartum), look for the side closest to the tape tag after opening the wrapper.
Question 8#: What type of underwear does the product best stick to?
Our products are compatible with all underwear materials but work best with cotton!
Question 9#: How do I return my product?
We do not accept return products, however, if you tried and are not completely satisfied for any reason with Always Discreet, we will refund your full purchase price, excluding any coupons, discounts, taxes or postage in the form of a prepaid card by mail. All you need is proof of purchase and personal information to be shipped to us within 60 days. "We're proud to partner with three incredible NFL moms, who know firsthand what it's like to experience the fear of bladder leaks, to show how feeling protected and confident in bladder leak protection lets women reclaim the joy and freedom of celebrating life's moments in the fullest."
