For non-black colored underwear:

Always Discreet Underwear has a definite front and back, and it is important to wear them correctly to get the best wearing experience. A feminine bow or waist belt print on the front of the underwear indicates the front. You will notice an image on the package to help assist you in the future.

For black colored underwear:

To identify the front and back of your Always Discreet Black underwear, start by removing the product from the package. Lay the product so that the waist is in front of you. While in front of you unfold the flaps, this indicates you are looking at the front of the underwear. Reference the video at the top of the page for further information.

Finding the right fit can be tricky, especially if you’re in between sizes (i.e. 12-14 or 20-22). To help, consider both your usual pant size AND body shape.

Assess Pant Size: Compare your usual pant sizes (dress pants, leggings, & jeans) with our size guide to determine your ideal size.

Consider Body Shape: If you carry your weight around your hips and thighs, you’re likely pear or hourglass shaped, and sizing up will give a comfortable fit around your legs. If you carry your weight in your mid-section, you’re likely apple or rectangular shaped, and sizing down will be a better fit.

When wearing, you should feel a comfortable stretch around your waist— enough to move comfortably, but not so tight that it feels restrictive. The leg openings are especially important; they should fit securely around your thighs. If you notice significant gaps in the front or back of the leg openings or around your waist, it may be best to size down for a more secure fit.
